RECENT RENOVATIONS- Terrace completely replaced and newly painted bedrooms
Pegomas the perfect location: Well situated for the highlights of the Cote d'Azur & the French Riviera.
The property is 250 m and sleeps up to 8 guests in comfort with two bathrooms and two separate WCs. The spacious living area is light and airy and opens onto a large balcony. We have a double in the large mezzanine and 3 of the bedrooms open onto the terrace with Infinity Salt Water Pool, all freshly painted. Opposite the 3 bedrooms downstairs is another room which can be a double or twin.
We have a Ping Pong table and Petanque area with ample parking.
The setting is peaceful and quiet and offers far reaching countryside views of the nature reserve of the Esterel and the Bay of Cannes. 15 min by car for exclusive shops, restaurants and the annual festivals/events in nearby Cannes, plus the other highlights of the Cote d'Azur. Use the autoroute to go to St Tropez (allow 1 h) or try reaching St Tropez by ferry from Cannes or Ste Maxime (15 min trip) it misses out on the worst of the traffic, and you get a great view of the town as you approach it from the sea.

Pegomas is a beautiful location set with views of mimosas-laden country side. The nearest beaches of Cannes or Mandelieu are only a 15 min drive, with the famous Perfume capital of the world... 'Grasse' 15 mins in the other direction.
The famous villages of Mougins, St. Paul de Vence, Antibes, Eze, are all within easy reach. Lac St Cassien is a must see, for a refreshing swim in the fresh water lake. See Monaco and Nice by car or take the train from Mouans Sartoux and enjoy a scenic journey along the coast. Use the autoroute to go to St Tropez (allow 1 h) or try reaching St Tropez by ferry from Cannes or Ste Maxime (15 min trip) - it misses out on the worst of the traffic, and you get a great view of the town as you approach it from the sea. The spectacular Verdon Gorge is a 2-hour drive away. A magnificent canyon and gigantic cliffs of calcareous rock, enjoy the Azur's fresh water lakes or for the more adventurous do some white water rafting in the intertwining rivers.
Golf: The closest golf course is only 10-15 minutes away and there are another dozen courses within one hour's drive.
Ski: Isola 2000 offers skiing for all levels, just over an hour by car.

- All rooms have fans for the summer months. Three bedrooms downstairs face south and have French windows leading directly to the beautiful lower terrace and infinity pool (salt not clorine). Opposite the three bedrooms is an alcove with another bed, can be a double or two singles, the area can be screened off for privacy. Therefore max at the villa can be 10 guests. All bedrooms newly painted!

Notes: We now have INTERNET ACCESS, broadband and WI-FI The recent and beautiful infinity pool is a salt based and not chlorine pool, much nicer on the skin especially for the little ones. We prefer to list the villa without TV as we avoid it ourselves on holiday! However there is a very small TV... if you must! Full sized ping pong table. Separate utility room with washing machine.
